• Passport Details: Passport Number, Country, Issue & Expiry Date
• Special Category / Biometric Data: Passport Photo / Scan
• Contact Information: Email Address, Phone Number
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type

3. How We Use Your Data

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2018:

• Contract Performance: To prepare and submit your eTAS application.
• Explicit Consent: For processing your passport photo (biometric data).
• Legitimate Interests: Customer support, fraud prevention, service improvement.

4. International Data Transfers

Your application data will be transferred to the Government of Somalia (etas.gov.so) for processing your eTAS application.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data.

6. Data Retention

• Passport images and application documents: deleted within 7 days after submission
• Transaction records: retained for up to 7 years as required by Kenyan law
